Analyst/ Consultant
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Work closely with the managers to prepare analysis, presentations, assessment reports and other client deliverables
Assess current data structures and data sets of clients
Prepare monthly and quarterly government pricing calculations and perform variance analysis
Perform Gross to Net and other financial modeling/analysis
Perform FMV and BFSF assessments
Policy and Procedure development for Government Programs
Stay up to date on industry trends as it relates to drug commercialization in order to provide consultation to clients; such trends include but are not limited to supply chain and distribution, managed care, retail and specialty pharmacy, commercial contracting, and legislation related to government pricing
Manage staff and the completion of deliverables as required
Requirements:
2 + years of Life Science audit or Financial Planning & Analysis experience; Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred
Demonstrated understanding of life sciences contracting in the US, including Managed Care contracts, GPO contracts and Government Programs.
Demonstrated experience in Gross-to-Net analytics, including Gross-to-Net forecasting, accrual calculations, and price impact modeling
Experience working with large data sets in excess of 2 million records/rows
Proficiency with SQL based tools, Access, MS Excel.
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting required
High degree of analytical skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High accuracy rate and attention to detail
Experience working in mandated deadline environment
