Biddlist is a formally incorporated Delaware C-corp seeking founding team members / partners, particularly on the technical front.
A little detail about how Biddlist is currently built:
It's hosted on AWS -- basic account without any add-ons.
Built in HTML5, PHP and JavaScript, no framework.
The original dev team used couple open source libraries for some functionalities. Styling is done in CSS3. Database used is MySql.
We have an enormous list of things that we need done on the path to monetization, but need a technical person to do them -- and no budget (unless said person can help us start monetizing ASAP). Compensation will be in class credit or equity.

- Overall look / feel redesign (and obviously the implementation of this redesign)
- Changes to design / functionality of filtering
- Implementation of login / profile functionality (social sign-in)
- Implementation of Mailchimp (or other) tools to allow for email address collection
