Continuous Improvement Coordinator
We are seeking a Continuous Improvement Coordinator to become an integral part of our team!
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate continuous improvement training events and materials. Ensure a uniform and structured process is developed, communicated and deployed for the facilitation of continuous improvement tools and activities.
- Support the Continuous Improvement Manager in ensuring a gap analysis is performed for facilitators and the manufacturing facility and that programs are developed to close the gap. Assist in assessment and implementation of change management.
- Maintain training database and training records to ensure information and training module files are easily accessible for CI Managers and CI Specialists.
- Interface with assigned CI Manager and CI Specialist to ensure timely activity logs and expense reports are prepared for end of month reporting.
- Prepare monthly activity logs and expense reports for end of month reporting. Collect and chart data required for assigned SFM Group key performance measures.
- Attend internal and outside training and read books as recommended to develop knowledge, understanding and skills of business leadership and CI applications and tools.
- Interface with other facility CI Coordinators to ensure consistency of work, sharing of best practices and lessons learned.

- Basic knowledge or interest of continuous improvement tools.

- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Expert computer skills (Office 365, Share Point, etc.).
- Ability to work well with others in a positive, flexible, team structure.
