*Being comfortable engineering custom orders is a must. Our supermarket and retail customers rely on our displays to help their products fly off the shelves without taking up a lot of space.
*Working at a fast pace and as a team are essential in our environment. It’s not uncommon for our engineers to be working on several projects at once and you will frequently find them bouncing ideas off each other.
*Communication and flexibility are extremely important as it will be necessary to communicate not only with internal staff but customers and suppliers as well. In addition, things can change pretty quickly in our market so we need someone who can roll with the punches to get the job done.
