Field Service Technician

                             Job Summary:

We are looking for new technicians (independent contractors) to supply our clients with technical services such as the installation and the maintenance of their machines. We seek mobile, experienced and autonomous people with a strong technical background in the packaging industry.

                                    Candidate Requirements:

·     Must be experienced with pneumatics circuits, mechanical drive systems, hydraulics circuits, and light electrical experience.

·     Must have experience on either packaging or food processing machinery.

·     Experience needed on either blow molding machines, filling machines, labeling, palletizing, conveyors….

·     A working knowledge of machine functions (i.e. hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical), is a must.

·     Must have tools needed to complete the job

·     Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check

·     Must have a driver license

·     Must be willing to travel.

Candidate Education and/or Experience Requirements:

·     Minimum 2-5 years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and practical experience.

·     Trade certification in Mechanical Field preferred.

·     Minimum High School graduate; or equivelant.

Technical Knowledge Skills:

·     Previous experience in a packaging manufacturing environment.

·     Communication skills and excellent problem-solving ability is a must.

·     Experience with hand tools is required.

·     Must be able to work in a fast paced environment while maintaining quality and safety standards.
