Marketing Research Analyst Intern (Paid Internship)

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Reonomy is seeking a Marketing Research Analyst Intern with a strong interest in technology and the commercial real estate industry. As a Marketing Research Analyst Intern you will work closely with our marketing and sales team through market research of the commercial real estate landscape to identify new business prospects in current and potential market. As a data driven individual you will provide actionable insights to the team on what new businesses to tackle next. This role will give you fantastic exposure to the commercial real estate landscape and the ability to apply and improve your research and analytics skill in a commercial setting. This is a paid internship opportunity located in our HQ in Flatiron. It requires approximately 20 hours per week commitment (hours are flexible based on school schedule).

As a Marketing Research Analyst Intern you will be responsible for:

  • Researching new business opportunities in current and potential markets
  • Leverage data to provide actionable insights to our team on what opportunities to pursue next
  • Creating accurate call lists for our Business Development Representatives to target new business opportunities
  • Record captured information in sales and automation tools such as Salesforce, Hubspot, etc. (CRM)

Possessing the following will help you to be successful in this role:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s / Graduate Degree in a related field
  • A strong interest in the commercial real estate industry and technology
  • Strong research, analytical skills, and a meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
  • Extremely well organized with strong documentation skills
  • Ability to commit to ~20 hours per week for 6 months
