Delivery Support Specialist
Position Responsibilities:
- Answering phones
- Welcoming visitors into the office at the front desk
- Cleaning Kitchen, office duties
- Responsible for formatting resumes timely
- Responsible for the submission of resumes to the Client, accurately and timely
- Maintain job orders by updating changes, closing out and putting on hold as needed in a timely manner
- Responsible for posting jobs onto the appropriate sites (Monster, CareerBuilder) and managing the postings
- Responsible for making travel arrangements including itinerary outlines
- Coordinate client events including event checklist, invitations, securing location, menu, ticket distribution, etc.
- Responsible for capturing and distributing Delivery team incentives including email notifications and updating the scoreboards
- Responsible for creating and management content of internal marketing including but not limited to communications, RAP meeting materials and TV monitors throughout the corporate office (InDesign Graphics & Photoshop)
- Responsible for typing, formatting and securing materials for Client RFP, RFQ and New Client Profile responses
- Performs other duties as required and assigned
Essential skills and experience:
- Good administrative proficiency and customer service skills
- Competency in Microsoft Office products
- Analytical and reporting skills specifically metrics and statistics
- Problem solving - identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner
- Oral communication skills - speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations
- Interpersonal skills - maintains confidentiality and remains open to others ideas and exhibits willingness to try new things
