Enterprise Account Development Specialist

Job Description:

Our mission at NH Learning Solutions Corporation ("NHLS") is simple: we provide our customers and students the tools and opportunities to upgrade their skills and have more productive, more efficient, and more satisfying careers. We are able to provide this valuable learning & development to our clients through positive long-term relationships.

Enterprise Account Development Specialists, or "EADSs," are the critical talent responsible for creating and nurturing these relationships. EADSs do not "sell products" like our competitors; EADSs build meaningful relationships with customers and partner to solve pressing challenges and improve students’ lives.

EADSs have uncommon talents and are a special breed of professional. EADSs deploy an arsenal of both ultra-modern and tried-and-true tools and techniques to identify potential customers; initiate dialogue with multiple client candidates; interactively develop a clear understanding of a client’s most pressing needs and desires; and secure commitment for the value-added solutions that can improve a client’s business and employee experience.

EADSs manage their time and efforts effectively and efficiently through advanced CRM and marketing tools and processes. They bring drive and focus to their offices when they start their days in team strategy huddles. Their professionalism and communication skills are noticed consistently through high-volume interactions with others. Much like athletes, EADSs compete aggressively as individuals while cherishing the camaraderie of a team. Our Enterprise Account Development Specialists exhibit pride in our organization, and their positivity attracts others to join us in supporting our mission.

Required Experience:

To identify potential EADSs, we use a candidate selection process that is more restrictive than many prestigious universities. We have historically hired only a handful of candidates out of thousands of applications to join our elite team. Still interested? Ask yourself if you can clear the bar to join us:
