Job Title: Full-Time Secondary Dual Certified Social Studies/English Teacher

Classes Taught: English 10, English 12, College Prep, College Writing 101, and Economics

Available: Starting Immediately 16-17 School year

Qualifications: Candidate must possess a valid State of Michigan Teaching Certificate with an endorsement in the following area’s of English and Social Studies:

BA Endorsement- English OR BX Endorsement- Language Arts

And one of the following:

RX Endorsement- Social Studies

CA Endorsement- Economics

CX Endorsement- Social Science

CD Endorsement- Political Science

Job Overview: We are looking to fill this position as soon as possible. It is a full-time teaching positions with benefits and a 401k matching program.  The school runs on trimesters and teachers only teach four 80-minute classes per trimester and they all have an 80-minute planning per trimester.

School Hours: 7:15am-2:45pm

Teachers report: 6:45am-3:15pm
