The Junior Sales Manager provides a high level of operations support to the team of Sales Engineers and demonstrates technical and analytical skills, as well as product knowledge. They need to develop a complete understanding of pricing and proposal models in order to provide quotes. The Junior Sales Manager should also demonstrate the ability to carry on a business conversation with business owners and decision makers in order to identify a customer’s needs and problems to ensure a high level of client satisfaction. Establishing and maintaining effective working team relationships along with building trust, communicating effectively, collaborating with others to solve problems creatively while adhering to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics is essential.
The position has the opportunity for a promotion to all levels of sales.
