POSITION:     C++/C# Programmer
DEPARTMENT:   Engineering
LOCATION:   Minnetonka, MN

Job Summary
Work closely with the Game Development team consisting of artists, sound designers, mathematicians and game designers to implement and refine new game ideas. The Software Engineer should be a dynamic contributor to ensuring a fun, consistent, and competitive product that enhances player enjoyment.

Qualifications Required
Education: BS required in Software Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
Skills & Abilities: Strong C++ /C# skills preferred. 3D graphics programming experience a plus. Unity experience a plus. Strong math skills a plus. Candidates must have excellent organizational skills, good oral and written communications skills, and a high level of interpersonal skills. Must be a self-motivated team player with the ability to work in a customer oriented, very fast-paced, and demanding environment. Ability to bring projects to completion with minimal supervision. Must be able to work overtime as required.

§ Work closely with the Game Development team consisting of artists, sound designers, mathematicians and game designers to design, develop, modify, review, test and document software in a fast-paced environment.
§ Establish, monitor and achieve goals with minimal supervision.
§ Work to oversee and improve software development process including requirements, design, and testing.
§ Ensures product conforms to customer performance expectations.
