Jr. Associate, Program Management

Job Title: Jr. Associate, Program Management

 

Job Summary:

As a Jr. Associate, Program Management you will play a key role in delivering award winning, interactive experiences to our clients. You will work as part of a team to manage the conversion of crazy, interactive, experience design ideas to reality.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provides project management support to project/program leadership by helping to manage day-to-day project delivery, track issues and risks, and support scope management.
  • Mobilizes and manages a team to execute against project/track plans  - tracking tasks for stories in an iteration plan or tracking tasks for a given plan.
  • Interprets risks from a risk matrix and identifies the nature of the risk and its impact. Identifies and supports risk mitigation plans.
  • Acts as project administrator supporting creation of PMO artifacts, such as status and budget metric reports for client communication.
  • Performs analysis for requirements planning, business process reengineering, etc. efforts
  • Distinguishes between functional and non-functional requirements, and breaks down requirements to smaller components in establishing a low level plan
  • Assists proposal (RFI, RFP, etc) creation efforts
  • Participates in key initiatives such as Hiring, Learning & Development, and Internal Capabilities
  • Documents and facilitates gathering and use of project best practices across the PM Domain
  • Supports client workshops and checkpoints
  • Occasional overnight or overseas travel may be required

 

Experience Guidelines:

  • Less than 1 year of professional work experience excluding internships
  • Internship experience a plus
  • Must be eligible to work in the US
  • Graduation date December 2016 - June 2016

 

Education:

Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related field desired or equivalent military experience
