What You'll Bring to the Table:
To be a good fit for this opportunity you will have:
- Degree from a 4-year college or university (recent college graduates encouraged to apply)
- Easy commute (the ideal candidate will live within 5 miles of Santa Monica)
- Work experience in customer-facing environments (customer service, hospitality, retail sales, etc.) is helpful but is not required
- An engaging phone presence and a sense of fulfillment from helping others

The Role
We have a start-up culture where individuals may perform any number and combination of the following duties:
- Chat online with customers to address questions or issues
- Answer in-bound calls and spearhead the resolution of any customer issues
- Contact healthcare providers to secure copies of medical records
- Contact health insurance companies to confirm eligibility and obtain coverage details
- Support insurance billing and collections activities
Compensation
We start new hires at $11 per hour, with up to 10 hours of scheduled overtime each week (at $16.50 per hour). In addition to a competitive wage, you will participate in our bonus pool after your first month and you will be fully vested in the bonus pool after your sixth month. If you take advantage of the overtime, in your first month you will earn over $2,600; by month 7, you will be earning over $3,300 per month.
