We are hiring a Repossession Support Administrator within our Repossession Department.

About this Position:
* Support our efforts after repossession to remain complaint with contracted service level expectations by coaching repossession contractors using monthly metrics and reports.
* Work directly with repossession contractors by sending out timely e-mail and fax notification reminders for:
* Vehicles that do not reflect being stocked in at the auction to reach resolution.
* Invoices not submitted.
* License, Insurance and Bond information expiring.
* Send requests for updated repossession contractor profile information (# of Trucks, # of drivers, updated zip codes, etc.).
* Review Service Provider complaints, communicate with the repossession contractor to gather the facts and provide the details to the Repo Contractor Coordinator for review.
* Update account information after repossession related to the location of the assigned Auction and the police agency that the repossession was reported to.
* Answer phones calls from auctions, contractors, customers, and internal Credit Acceptance departments.
* Audit batch invoice files from repossession contractors to ensure quality and timely payment.
* Process abandon vehicle notices by reviewing imaged documents and entering their data into the systems.

Position Qualifications:
Required:
* High School Diploma or GED
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel)

Preferred:
* Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and organizational skills
* Strong analytical skills
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment

Required degrees must have been earned at institutions of Higher Education which are accredited by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation or equivalent.
