Creative Content Manager

The Creative Content and Strategy Team is an integral part of the SA organization. They are responsible for developing unique engagement strategies and creating media content to advance our dual mission. With our rapid growth and commitment to all kids, Success Academy is seeking a Manager of Creative Content to develop media content to promote our schools and oversee the execution of planned communications campaigns to highlight the work of SA and advance education reform overall.

Responsibilities:

The Creative Content Manager will report directly to our Director of Creative Content and Strategy, and should be someone who…

• Is a resourceful project manager that can effectively contribute to our overall content strategies, create compelling media content, and develop innovative programs that address organizational needs;

• Can effectively manage outside agency partners, accurately assess required production needs, and make appropriate vendor recommendations for all programs and events;

• Possesses superior communications skills and can oversee the execution of campaign ideas, including photography/video content implementation, broadcast and digital media, and live event experiences;

• Is a successful collaborator with the ability to create integrated programs alongside other SA departments that achieve a common goal and act to spur stakeholder engagement;

• Seeks to work at a fast-paced, compassionate, start-up organization, where entrepreneurialism, innovation, and disruption are valorized; and

• Is a learner.
