Ratna Ling, an intentional community dedicated to meaningful work and grounded in the teachings of Tibetan Buddhism. Our program offers volunteers the opportunity to learn more about Buddhism, and themselves, while exploring work as a path to inner knowledge.

Room, board, a living allowance of $150 per month and free classes are included as part of the volunteer program. Volunteer work positions offer job training in marketable skills as well as the opportunity for self-development through study and practice. Ratna Ling offers a variety of classes to work-study volunteers covering Tibetan Yoga (Kum Nye), Buddhist studies, meditation and Tibetan language.
