Innoveering Design Engineer

This is an entry level engineering position (US Citizen or US Resident) that requires a Bachelor’s or M.S. degree in engineering. As an Associate Engineer at Innoveering your role will be to work on projects either independently or as part of a team, to conduct the various technical aspects of the program. You are expected to consult with your manager, as needed, for technical direction and also if you have any problems/concerns. You are expected to utilize various analytical/software tools, reference technical books/manuals/reports/articles in order to accomplish your work. The work load shall vary mainly vary between design work and some laboratory ("hands-on") work that involves the design/fabrication of equipment making up the various lab experiments as well as the potential for running some lab experiments, as part of our technology development efforts.  Design tasks will vary from the design/analysis of components or devices for technology development projects as well as some product focused programs.  The potential candidate must have very good design skills, some practical hands-on experience is a plus, while possessing a very good understanding of some design/analysis software (eg Solidworks; Matlab and /or ANSYS a plus).
