Riverside Preparatory School Middle School Art Teacher
Teaching Students to love all the aspects of Art and Culture. Class size will vary from 25-30. This is an elective course that is offered to all Middle School students in grades 6-8.
BA in Art and design, Teaching Credential/certificate, Good understanding of digital arts as well as all other media associated the various genres. Good classroom management, positive outlook, love of art that can be translated to all students.
Be on time, teach Art to students in grades 6-8. prepare and plan lesson plans that will cover the two semesters of the school year. Be informed on ways to utilize cross curricular modalities to reinforce learning. Manage classes of 25- 30 students 7 periods a day. Communicate a love of art to all students. Help students develop their own love of art in appreciation and as an outlet for creative thought. Be open minded to all aspects of art within the realm of Middle School Education.
