Accountant
- Responsible for monthly financial reporting package
- Preparation of monthly journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, accruals, and inter-company transactions
- Research open items and correct any outstanding issues
- Continuous growth in KFG, including foreign locations, will continue to expand the number of profit centers and number of financial reporting packages to be issued monthly
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and other projects, as assigned
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3+ years of experience
- Working knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and experience in preparation of periodic financial reporting packages
- Experience in preparation of periodic journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, accruals, and intercompany transactions
- Proven ability to meet deadlines, detail-orientated
- Strong excel skills
