National Securities’ entry level Junior Partner program encompasses a comprehensive curriculum designed to help you:
- Acquire the Series 7 and 66 Licenses
- Attend daily meetings lead by National Securities Investment Executives to help build market knowledge and sales techniques
- Learn our sales process and develop your own, which will be committed to building lasting relationships
- Develop skills to contact, develop and advise investors
- Demonstrate an understanding of services and products you are able to offer your clients
- Begin to build your business as you are continually supported by a seasoned National Securities Investment Executive
Job Requirements:
- Four year, Bachelor’s Degree
- Strong interest in financial markets and investments
- Exceptional communication, networking, interpersonal, organizational and problem solving skills
- Competitive and results oriented
- Demonstrate ability to cultivate relationships
- Exhibit ability to sell
- Strong work ethic, discipline, enthusiasm, and perseverance
