Deloitte’s National Leadership Conference (DNLC) helps shape today’s brightest minds into tomorrow’s business leaders.  Our multi-day conference connects students from colleges and universities across the country and professionals from Deloitte US Firms. During the conference, you’ll build your leadership, strategic thinking, and creative problem-solving skills in workshops and networking activities at Deloitte University in Westlake, Texas.

What You’ll Do
As a DNLC participant, you’ll hone your leadership skills, learn what it means to be a part of our organization, and engage in hands-on activities that promote collaboration, personal branding, and the overall client experience. You’ll also meet students from around the country who share similar goals and interests and build the foundation for a strong professional network.

Skills You’ll Build
At the Deloitte National Leadership Conference, you’ll receive formal and informal mentorship and training. Our leadership workshops and networking activities provide a view into the technical skills, critical professional behaviors, standards, and mindsets needed to succeed as a business leader. During the conference, you’ll participate in team-based exercises, gain valuable first-hand experience while working on real-world business challenges, and meet a diverse group of talented students and Deloitte team members.

Qualifications

  • Pursing a Bachelor degree in a related field (sophomore standing)

  • Strong academic credentials (minimum GPA of 3.3)

  • Demonstrated problem solving skills

  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills; adaptive to change, creativity & self-confidence; leadership qualities; team-oriented and collaborative

During the DNLC conference, you’ll meet other talented college and university students at leadership workshops and networking activities. You’ll gain first-hand exposure to the qualities that make great leader and gain keen insights from innovative professionals working at US Deloitte Firms across the country.
