Our Global Financial Services Industry Group (GFS) focuses our Talent and Rewards work exclusively on the financial services industry and has developed a reputation within the industry as a leading global provider of executive compensation and rewards products and services.

 

The Role

Our Global Financial Services team is currently looking for an entry level associate to support the industry leading MGMC Compensation Study Program. The Associate will contribute to the platform on a variety of assignments related to our revenue and infrastructure studies, benchmarking products and consulting assignments.

While every day and assignment is somewhat different, some of your main responsibilities will include:

·        Communicate and liaise effectively with colleagues regarding data collection and study execution

·        Conduct initial HRIS submission coding

·        Review and validate product alignment with product team

·        Customize and produce MGMC compensation reports

·        Ensure quality and timing of all client deliverables are met

·        Support additional annual and bespoke compensation benchmarking projects

·        Analyze data and trends to support client year-end process

·        Build strong relationships internally and collaborate effectively on project teams

 

About you.

□      Bachelor’s Degree in economics, finance, mathematics, statistics or any other major with significant quantitative course work, and minimum GPA of 3.3

□      Work experience that demonstrates strong technical and/or client service skills (analyst type of internship preferred)

□      Strong analytical and integrative skills including ability to draw conclusions and identify trends from data in a logistical, systematic way

□      Ability to be a self-starter and work independently, but also cooperatively in a close team environment

□      Strong written and verbal communication skills and a demonstrated ability to interact with colleagues at all levels

□      Excellent Microsoft office skills, particularly Excel

□      Meeting our clients’ year end schedule which often involves significant time contributions from May- September to provide both study results and consulting support
