Who We Are:

Nurse Practitioner Clinical Rotations (NPCR) delivers the fastest growing service to help nurse practitioner students graduate on time. Our core service locates and schedules students in required internships known as clinical rotations. These internships are necessary for students to complete their curriculum. Currently, the industry is underserved and isn’t provided enough resources by universities. As a result, thousands of students have their graduation delayed every year.

There’s a primary care shortage in the United States and our students often become primary care providers once they graduate. So not only will you be part of a growing startup, but you'll also help individual students daily and contribute to making healthcare in the U.S. better and more accessible around the country. Employee #9 who is ready to work hard and have fun! We’re looking for someone who loves interacting with people, both organized and unorganized chaos, and doing great things.

We're looking to bring on two Student Success Managers to begin within the following timelines:

- May 1st, 2018

- July 1st, 2018

- September 1st, 2018

What We’re Looking For: a Program Coordinator | Student Success Manager

You’ll be the main point of contact for our students when they enroll into our program. Our role is to provide reassurance and support to our students who are usually under significant stress and flux. This role is ideal for someone who takes a consultative approach to problem-solving, has fantastic written communication skills, and who can patiently empathize with customers throughout the day, ensuring each interaction is timely, accurate, and genuinely human.

The role involves:

  • Significant program development. You’ll onboard, consult, and manage student interactions daily
  • Executing on growth initiatives. You’ll get to work on fun proactive growth initiatives that will take our company to the next level and provide the ability to help students in all 50 states
  • Never having a dull day. You’ll take part in startup culture and at times be flowing in and out of multiple roles within the business
