Product/App Marketing Intern

The STARZ Product Intern will work across departments to build and align on business cases for product and feature enhancements. This will require internal (customer surveys) and external (feature/product parity with competitors) research, and a deep understanding of user viewership and engagement behavior.

Duties include:

• Build business cases and the strategic roadmap of features and enhancements to maximize the user experience
• Serve as the voice of the customer within the organization, leveraging existing user behavior and other research methods
• Compile marketing plans for upcoming features and enhancements
• Create business requirements for prioritized enhancements/features

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of user experiences and preferences across digital platforms

• Ability to strategically prioritize based on quantitative data and qualitative inputs

• Obsessive attention to detail

• Preference for product management, customer research, analytics/technical backgrounds
