Post Production Intern

The intern will work with a small Post Production team of technologists and creatives to develop a a business process/workflow describing automation in video post production. The specific project
will transform intake data and creative instructions to rules for rendering and product creation that eliminate manual intervention where it is unnecessary. The intern will be assigned the deliverables of a workflow diagram, identification of technologies in the process and statement of objectives of the business process.

• Work with developer and post production manager to translate goals and applicable systems and process into diagrams and goal statements
• Embedded one day per-week in video, audio and QA operations to learn relevant Post processes

Entering junior, senior year or graduate student.

• Understanding and experience with non-linear editing and audio editing platforms
• Experience with Visio or other diagram plotter to reduce complex processes into graphic expressions
• Experience with MS Excel as a source data set
• Experience with scripting (Xcode, Python) is helping but not required
• Experience with XML to carry machine readable instructions to devices
• Experience with Adobe CC production application set (especially Premiere and After Effects)
