Summary
Lever Energy Capital seeks a graduate student to intern with our highly entrepreneurial team. The candidate will collaborate across multiple departments of a growing company, including finance, market research, policy analysis, and operations. Our company is focused on providing Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy (C-PACE) capital for sustainable real estate projects; the right candidate will play an important role in helping our company improve real estate for the benefit of business, people, and the environment.
Position Requirements
The right candidate must be:
- Currently enrolled in a graduate program with specialization in business or a related field (students enrolled in an MBA or JD program are strongly preferred)
- Interested in subjects related to the position description, including real estate, finance, and business operations (coursework in one or some of these fields is strongly preferred)
- A strong student as demonstrated by grades and extra-curricular activities
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and Power Point
- Reliable with an attention to detail
- A team player who works well with others
- Able to work in an office environment
Position Duties
- Perform financial analysis and due diligence for real estate transactions
- Organize and interpret information relating to the legal and financial implications of C-PACE in states nationwide
- Deliver corporate finance analyses and reports
- Perform market research relating to C-PACE and real estate
- Document and maintain quality records
- Run ad hoc analyses to support marketing, sales, and operations
- Use Excel, Word, and Power Point for analysis and presentations
