We are currently looking for a paid Facilities Project Intern to work at our Holland headquarters.
The Role
This position will support a number of facilities project management activities and projects. Roles & responsibilities may include:
· Managing facilities projects in the office
· Develop and implement archiving process for facilities documentation
· Developing reports generation and metrics via CAFM System
· Writing standard work processes
· Other project work as assigned
Haworth’s Intern Program is designed to attract high-potential, passionate students who possess the following criteria:
Basic Qualifications
· Current fulltime college student working towards a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Facility Management, Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or Design with at least a junior level status by Fall of 2017.
· Overall GPA of at least 3.0
Other Requirements
· Interest in Project Management.
· Working knowledge of personal computers, spreadsheet applications and keyboard skills required (experience in Excel, Powerpoint, Word, MS Project).
· Knowledge of standard project processes and phases.
· Desire to learn and understand the processes of furniture design, specification, order, and installation.
· General knowledge of building management systems.
· Ability to work in an individual or group setting.
· Ability to work with minimal supervision.
· Requires current and continuing right to work in the United States without sponsorship.
· Requires job seeker to be able to work in Holland, MI without relocation or housing assistance.
