Virtual Assistant/Project Manager (Remote/Virtual)

A rapidly growing virtual assistant and business services company, Virtual Assist USA, is currently hiring Virtual Assistants and freelance contractors. Our company provides services for small-to-medium sized businesses. We support our clients in all areas, including but not limited to, Administrative, Marketing, Web Design, Social Media, Strategy, and much more.

We are looking for Virtual Assistants and Project Managers. This position is remote and in an independent contractor role. We are looking for someone who is seeking 20+ hours per week.

Responsibilities, include but not limited to:

·        Administrative tasks and projects for multiple clients

·        Social Media marketing

·        Web/graphic design

·        Email Management

·        Project Management

·        Business Strategy

·        Create structures, workflows and processes

Ideal Candidate Characteristics:

•      You're what we call an "over-deliverer", but you don't burn yourself out.

•      You already have experience in supporting and delighting customers and you thrive on it.

•      Understanding technology is easy, peasy for you. You understand and can use systems like [RingCentral, project management systems, Infusionsoft, Wordpress management and more. ]

•      You have well-developed interpersonal skills, and have the ability to make clients feel happy, motivated and clear.

•      High ability for solving problems and creating systems and processes.

•      You're fun, confident and well-mannered.

•      When you don't know something, you are resourceful and find solutions.

•      You're compelling, clear, have good grammar and pride yourself on your written communications.

•      Detail oriented and you believe in doing what you say you will do, when you say you will do it.

Qualifications:

•      Bachelor’s Degree

•      Minimum 3-5 years executive assistant experience

•      Excellent communication skills

•      In-home office setup including: Mac or PC Computer, with high internet speed, video conference capabilities, and a designated professional space

•      LLC or INC. preferred, EIN or Tax-ID required

The role of the virtual assistant is so important. Our virtual assistants have direct contact with our clients, and it can sometimes be a gentle hand-hold through the experience of working with us. Some of our clients have never worked with a virtual assistant or marketer or web designer before and they need a friend to make it feel less daunting. That’s this role!
