Customer Service / Administrative support

Our growing Ann Arbor dealership is looking to add to our team of highly motivated, enthusiastic people. We are unique in our industry regarding our approach to customer service. The right candidate for this position would possess a can-do, positive and helpful attitude.

The daily responsibilities of this position could involve any of the following:

  • Answering phone calls and navigating the client to the appropriate person
  • Setting appointments for our service department
  • Receiving cash for all departments
  • Filing, emailing, scanning, and faxing
  • Ordering supplies
  • Maintaining guest hospitality areas
  • Assist accounting office with various projects as needed.

Preferred Experience:

  • Microsoft Suite (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Hospitality industry experience
  • Customer service
  • Professional appearance and conduct is required.
