Digital Creative Associate

Digital Creative Associate is an entry-level position that reports directly to the Digital Director.

Duties

  • Plans, shoots, and edits compelling videos for social media.
  • Conceptualizes and designs for web, social media, and project branding.
  • Collaborates with team to plan and execute digital campaigns.
  • Maintains a consistent and engaging visual brand presence.
  • Follows and develops best practices for social media content.
  • Manages email and online petition program.

Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (2018 graduates should apply as well!)
  • Skilled at videography, quick editing. Able to produce short videos with a turn around of a couple of days.
  • Proficient in Adobe CC, especially Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and After Effects
  • Motion graphic design is a plus
  • Passionate about engaging Texans in progressive change
  • Excellent communication skills and strong writing skills
  • Keeps cool in a fast-paced environment.
  • Shows initiative and creativity. Self-motivated to explore projects.
  • Enjoys trolling, brainstorming, engaging with co-workers, office dogs, and tacos
