Analyst, SEO & Content

What’s Involved?

SEO & Content Analysts are responsible for planning and executing search engine optimization campaigns. This includes reviewing the technical foundation of websites to ensure that search engines can properly navigate the site. Candidates should have experience reviewing crawl reports, creating XML Sitemaps, and providing general suggestions on crawling and indexing of websites.

SEO Analysts should also have experience creating content and optimizing on-page element of websites. This includes keyword research, copy creation, and meta-data optimizations.

Candidates should have experience with using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other tools to conduct monthly metric reporting for clients. Candidates should also be comfortable presenting reports to clients.

Finally, Analysts also provide strategic direction and data insights while working with our team to drive successful results for clients. The ability to successfully use SEO tools and analyze and communicate performance to clients is key.

What You'll Do

  • Work expertly within Google Analytics Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, etc.

  • Provide SEO strategy recommendations

  • Optimize websites to improve efficiencies and increase volume of conversions

  • Review crawl reports and provide recommendation to improve how search engines interact with websites

  • Conduct keyword research

  • Produce keyword-rich copy for client websites

  • Analyze key metrics, discern key findings, and optimize to drive successful outcomes in accounts

  • Advanced data analysis in Microsoft Excel

  • Collaborate with clients to devise new and exciting marketing initiatives

  • Create weekly/monthly reports with analysis of campaign performance along with recommendations for improvements

  • Serve as point of contact and project manager for clients with client-facing communication

  • Keep up-to-date on emerging online marketing strategies, tools, and best practices

  • Manage and prioritize multiple accounts simultaneously

  • Work with fun people in a fun atmosphere; advanced ping pong skills are a plus

What You'll Need

  • 0-2 years of experience in SEO

  • Highly analytical with strong critical thinking skills

  • Data analysis experience

  • Excel experience

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
