Marketing and Sales Coordinator

Job Title:

Sales & Marketing Coordinator

Job Purpose

  • Assist with the processes of planning, developing, and executing the company’s sales & marketing strategies, public relations, branding, web presence, advertising, trade shows, print media, social media, product marketing, and special events and projects.
  • The primary objective of this position is to assist in increasing market share through brand recognition and lead generation in each of our markets.
  • Work closely with Internal and External Sales Positions to drive growth and market share

Marketing

  • Create and distribute weekly news letters.
  • Assist in managing the content of the Idealease Resource Center.
  • Help distribute and manage Brand Guidelines and the implementation of Brand Guidelines throughout North America.
  • Work with video partners to create video for internal and external use.
  • Responsible for updating, designing, producing and distributing company literature and brochures.
  • Assist in planning meetings and trade shows by identifying, assembling and coordinating requirements; establishing contacts, developing schedules and assignments; coordinating mailing lists, etc.
  • Work across departments to ensure proper messaging is being implemented online and in all company marketing materials.
  • Coordinate / prepare materials and set up for Idealease University Training classes.
  • Record and edit modules for the Idealease Learning Management System.
  • Prepare marketing materials for the Targeted Sales Series IMPACT Program.

Sales

  • Manage and administer the Targeted Sales Series IMPACT Program using Pardot / Idealease Learning Management System.
  • Manage people / teams / courses in the Idealease Learning Management System.
  • Assist in driving internal sales of marketing and purchasing programs
  • Work with sales to implement and train sales force on Idealease Systematic Sales Processes.
  • Work with sales to market and manage ONE Idealease Recognition Program.
  • Assist in managing the North American Rental Program.
  • Assist in managing company training initiatives that support an effective and motivated sales force.

Social Media

  • Create, execute and manage social media marketing programs that drive awareness, engagement and employee and customer interaction.
  • Create and maintain a social media editorial calendar and posting schedule.
  • Develop and implement promotions, contest, polls, etc.
  • Monitor / track social media trends/tools/applications.
  • Regularly report insights gained from social media monitoring to internal stakeholders.

Skills/Qualifications

  • Direct Marketing, Market Segmentation, Marketing Research, Project Management, Process Improvement, Initiative, Planning.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, Adobe, other marketing based programs.
  • Has experience leading social media programs for a company to include updating information, ads on social media, getting company videos on site, engaging the audience, etc.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills are essential.
  • Must have the ability to think creatively and with vision to develop plans that will increase awareness and internal and external perception of the Idealease brand.
  • Must be able to plan, create and implement projects from start to finish on own accord.
