MENTAL HEALTH COMPTROLLER
| A Mental Health Comptroller, under the general direction of the Chief Financial Officer-HealthWest, supervises reimbursement and Managed Care Organization (MCO) staff, monitors client services billings and grants management. The Mental Health Comptroller works with Lakeshore Regional Entity staff to improve efficiencies for the region as a whole and performs other duties as assigned. |
REQUIRED MINIMUM ENTRANCE QUALIFICATIONS: |
| 1. Possess a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Accounting, Business Administration, or closely related field; AND Have a minimum of four (4) years increasing responsibility with a mental health agency in the area of reimbursement/accounting. 2. Grants management preferred, but not required. 3. Lived experiences with mental illness/developmental disabilities/substance use disorders valued. 4. Possess a valid Michigan driver's license. 5. Must have reliable transportation that may have to be used to carry out job duties of this classification. |
