Survey Analyst - Civil Engineering Specialist 1 (ODOT18-1792oc)

 
Do you enjoy conducting research and have drafting training and experience? If so, ODOT wants you! Region 1 Highway Division is recruiting for a survey analyst to research, acquire, compile, and analyze information such as field surveys, county assessor maps, as-constructed plans, and deeds of ownership. This person will determine the location of right-of-way, engineering centerlines, and boundaries of highway division and private property. The survey analyst is a computer-aided mapping specialist who translates survey and textual data into maps. Come join our team!

Minimum Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in civil engineering, surveying, or transportation-related engineering and one year civil engineering or surveying experience.
OR
An associate's degree in engineering technology or surveying from a recognized community college or technical school of engineering and two and one-half years of engineering or surveying experience. One year of this experience must have been working independently or as a senior member of a team or work group.
OR
Four years of para-professional engineering or surveying experience. One year of this experience must have been working independently or as a senior member of a team or work group.
OR
An equivalent combination of education and experience.
