Sales Administrative Assistant
International Bancard is looking for a full- time, Sales Assistant team member. Sales Assistant's primary responsibility is to provide support the Sr. VP of Strategic Partnerships and the Direct & Indirect Sales Teams. This individual will play a big role in the company as they will be the first person a visitor interacts with when they walk through our doors.
Candidates must be able to work full-time, 40+ the hours a week and be willing to work in Downtown Detroit.
Essential Responsibilities and Duties:
Assist key members of the revenue team
Answer incoming calls and properly route them to the appropriate person
Maintain the Sales/Marketing Floor (ie. supplies, upkeep and organization)
Coordinate meeting arrangements
Prepare presentations
Track data and generating reports
Internet research skills
Excellent follow through ability
Ability to take notes
Ability to manage multiple calendars and daily
Manage multiple projects
Ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors
Update and maintain various sales databases
Assist in on-boarding new sale referral partners
Required Education, Training and/or Experience:
Minimum of two years of administrative experience
Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects and tasks
Ability to take initiative and contribute positively to the team
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
Experience in SalesForce is a plus
H.S. Diploma required
Bachelors’ Degree preferred but not required
