All applicants must be appropriately certified and highly qualified.  It is desirable that candidates are collaborative, student focused and passionate about teaching. 

 

Candidates should have knowledge of and experience using DRA, DIBELS, Literacy Block and Math Block format and the use of data to drive instruction.  Candidates should also have effective knowledge and instructional skills to apply the Common Core, be knowledgeable of the NWEA and its application as well as the use of data to drive instruction.
