Marketing Coordinator

Primary role is to create marketing strategies, manage social media platforms, write creative and relevant blog content and track analytics that result in increased website traffic to achieve our sale goals. Knowledge of Word Press website mechanics and ability to recognize and report or address issues (404 error codes, missing information, etc.) and create landing pages for marketing campaigns.

Website, Database and Social Media

https://TheKolbTeam.com – analyze and make recommendations to improve comparing with top competitors

Facebook – https://Facebook.com/Sun.Lakes.AZ.Homes.For.Sale - 3200 people - create groups and ads to reach our targeted audience

https://Faccebook.com/kolbteamrealestategroup - in infancy - build to reach audience in other active adult retirement communities in Chandler and Gilbert

Twitter and Pinterest – using sparingly now – analyze to determine best strategies

Google+ and You Tube -two or three accounts – analyze and streamline and then market for page 1 google ranking

eEdge Database – update contacts and set up direct mail

AWeber – using for monthly newsletter

Print Advertising

Manage Postcard campaign – just sold and monthly campaign

Splash Newspaper – monthly full page ad
