Inside Sales and Marketing Analyst

IN-HOUSE SALES & MARKETING Analyst

Operational management of national sales and marketing funnels through interacting with sales force / agents / prospects and translating that information into cloud-based data so software can generate actionable direction.

Complex, strategic sales environment that interacts with “C” suite leadership for Hospitals, Universities, K-12, Cities, States, Counties, and even Federal agencies of all kinds.

HELPFUL EXPERIENCE -

1.    Sales operations of strategic selling into MUSH (Municipal/University/School/Hospital) markets.

 

2.    Experience with operations of both hunter and gatherer sales arenas of direct and indirect channels in multiple markets.

 

3.    Certifications or degrees in Data Analytics, Operations, Law, Paralegal, Finance, Economics

 

THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE -

4.    An obsessive compulsive that ensures every “I” is dotted and “t” is crossed, accurately, efficiently and timely. 

 

5.    High competency in oral and written professional communications. 

 

6.    Primarily a “doing” role, but leadership in catalyzing seamless communications between involved parties.

 

7.    Competent with core business software (Excel/Word/PowerPoint/Mail/OSX/Calendar/Pdf). Candidate can learn customer “essential services (roofs/escalators/chillers/boilers/etc.” components.

 

8.    National footprint requires hours to cover associated time zones. Location Tempe HQ

 

9.    Focused on prospects and customers being SP raving fans. 

 

10.  High intellect, high energy, energizing interactions, respectful of others.  “A” player

 

11.  Help lead weekly core team on where we are, what needs to be done, and what results we can expect for sales funnels.

 

PRIMARY TASK

 

            Ensure every prospect and customer potential project is software tracked as to current status, next steps/dates, critical milestones/decisions, remaining steps & time to close.  Keep information accurate, timely, and easily – but securely - accessible.
