Summer 2018 Intern, Partner Account Coordinator

    We are looking for an RSI Partner Account Coordinator to join the Alliances team within Salesforce.  The RSI Partner Account Coordinator is dedicated to supporting the efforts of the Channel Alliances organization and ensuring Partner success. The goal of this position is two-pronged: to maximize efficiency of the Partner Account Managers, and to provide programmatic operating efficiencies for our partners.  Account Coordinators will operate both externally as a resource to key partners, as well as behind the scenes with teams internally to ensure quick assist with partner and customer issues.

    Responsibilities:

    -
    Proactively monitor partner reports and clearly communicate partner engagement to Partner Account Managers on a weekly basis

    -
    Track and summarize partner ACV influence to Partner Account Managers on a weekly basis

    -
    Track all incoming partner leads to ensure they are routed and assigned appropriately

    -
    Ensure Alliances Assist tickets are addressed and resolved in a timely manner

    -
    Assist with the internal routing and escalation of support cases for assigned partners

    -
    Field partner request for various sales resources such as playbooks, data sheets, FAQs, etc.

    -
    Provide Account Executive and Partner Sales organizational alignment updates to partners as requested

    -
    Serve as a second point of contact to key partners while Partner Account Managers are traveling or out of the office

    -
    Produce quarterly partner scorecards to track year-to-date progress of annual goals

    -
    Lead account mapping exercises between partners and Account Executives to determine opportunities for collaboration and growth

    -
    Miscellaneous data collection and aggregation



    Required Skills/Experience:

    3.5 GPA (minimum)

    Account planning and execution skills

    Strong business solutions aptitude

    Proven record of building relationships with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders
