We are hiring an Associate Asset Procurement Specialist within our IT Team.

Responsibilities in your area will include:
* Execute daily tasks and functions related to the IT Asset Inventory Life Cycle:

Planning:
* Provide assistance as necessary in researching the need for new IT assets and the determination of what IT asset meets the needs.

Procurement:
* Execute purchase orders per the Purchasing Policy for standard IT assets including hardware and software. This includes, but not limited to, purchasing standard hardware to replenish inventory and standard, approved equipment per requests.
* Assist with tracking and ensuring delivery of correct asset per the purchase order.
* Execute receipt of all IT Asset shipments.
* Maintain stock of necessary IT hardware in appropriate inventory locations throughout all applicable buildings.
* Procure all necessary IT equipment per requests, initiatives, and projects within Operational Level Agreement (OLA), Service Level Agreement (SLA), or due date.

Operation and Maintenance:
* Update and maintain accurate records within the IT inventory management system.
* Update and maintain accurate records within the IT ticketing system for all trackable or associated IT assets such as PCs, mobile phones, laptops, etc.
* Execute IT hardware reclaims for various requests including loaned equipment, terminations, etc.
* Replenish inventory stock based on inventory stock bench mark and re-order quantity.
* Execute IT hardware inventory process to audit inventory accuracy in total, per location, and per asset state.

Modification and Upgrade:
* Provide assistance as necessary in researching the need for modifying or upgrading IT assets and the determination of what IT asset meets the needs.

Decommissioning and Disposal:
* Place decommissioned IT equipment in appropriate inventory location.
* Execute disposal process per policy
* Execute all assigned tasks for various projects and initiatives
* All other duties as assigned
* Attendance as required by department

Who Are We Looking for?

Our ideal candidate for this role needs to:
* Execute daily procurement tasks to provide IT equipment for various requests.
* Maintain inventory levels and related records for all necessary IT equipment.
* Execute technology purchasing services for standard equipment and basic purchases.
* Execute specified tasks to support the IT Asset Inventory Life Cycle.

Position Qualifications:

Required Qualifications:
* Pursuing or have obtained a degree/education in Computer Technology (or related field) or equivalent experience
* Basic, general knowledge of technology devices, components, peripherals, software, licensing, etc.
* Work in a fast paced environment.
* Be mobile or sit for a full work-shift with mild flexibility.
* Work onsite at all applicable sites as required.
* Effectively communicate to customers and team members from all levels of the business via phone, in person, and email.
* Lift and move computer equipment weighing 50+ lbs.
* Manage stress level during high work volume periods.
* Remain compliant with our policies, processes and legal guidelines.
* Work onsite at the required Credit Acceptance work location.

Preferred Qualifications:
* Associates degree in Computer Technology (or related field).
* Six months to one year of related experience
* IT Asset Management certifications such as CAMP
* ITIL Foundations V3 certification
