Commercial Real Estate Sales Trainee

Industry-leading Midwest commercial real estate brokerage company has an opening in a two-year training program to become a sales associate with the firm.

·        Seeking a highly motivated person with an entrepreneurial attitude

·        Candidate must be dependable, professional, and possess strong people skills

·        Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)

·        Ability to work independently with solid organization and attention to detail is critical

·        Duties include leasing and sales, consulting, research and analysis, coordination of client-related tasks with company support team, advertising, and marketing

·        Ability to travel and the willingness to work a minimum of 40-50 hours per week

·        Full-time salaried position with health benefits, profit sharing, and bonuses

·        Four-year college degree required
