Grayling High School Boys Head Varsity Basketball Coach

POSITIONS:               Grayling High School Boys Head Varsity Basketball Coach
                                    Teaching position available

 DESCRIPTION:         Will coach and promote the Boys Varsity Basketball program for the Crawford    AuSable School District. Will work directly with 9th-12th grade students to help develop and refine basic and advanced athletic skill development, including off season programs. Directly responsible for the Freshman/Junior Varsity programs and will assist in the Middle School Boys Basketball program. Coach is responsible for the inventory and budget for the entire High School Boys Basketball program.

                                           The varsity coach will also promote all aspects of Grayling High School to students, staff and the community. Potential teaching positions may be available in a variety of disciplines for the 2018-19 school year. Successful applicant will have the opportunity to assist in the hiring of their assistant coaches.  

                                           Regular and reliable attendance is an essential job responsibility.

 QUALIFICATIONS:  A basketball background including playing and coaching organized basketball is required. Preference given to those with college and/or high school varsity coaching and teaching experience. Special consideration given to coaches from the 2017-18 basketball staff

 SALARY:                     According to the terms of the Master Agreement.
