Recruiting Coordinator

As a Recruiting Coordinator in our New York office, you will partner closely with recruiters and our client service team to create and organize a seamless candidate experience. Successful recruiting coordinators should be comfortable managing a high volume of candidates, and will be responsible for end-to-end candidate management from identification through the hiring process. This unique opportunity will give you exposure to both on-campus and lateral recruitment.

Key Responsibilities Include:
- Serve as the main point of contact for all candidate inquiries
- Interact with seniors stakeholders and hiring managers to provide administrative support throughout hiring process
- Work with career centers and manage logistics for on-campus recruiting events, including scheduling events, organizing and shipping materials, and troubleshooting real-time issues
- Organize and maintain inventory for all recruitment collateral
- Source and screen candidates for multiple client service team requisitions
- Schedule phone, virtual and onsite interviews for recruiters and members of the client service team and provide necessary interview resources
- Maintain applicant tracking data and report on hiring results and recruitment metrics
- Participate in ad hoc projects across campus marketing and recruitment teams
- Partner with Professional Development Team to ensure candidates receive all relevant onboarding information
Qualifications:
- Proven academic excellence (evidenced by Bachelor’s or higher degree)
- 0-1 year of experience in an agency, lateral or campus recruiting support role
- Strong attention to detail and highly organized
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail
- Dependability and interest in working in team-oriented environment
