Primary Responsibilities:

  • Transactional HR-payroll, compensation & benefits, records, compliance and policy development and implementation.
  • Employee recruiting and on-boarding.
  • Employee management and development-performance management, employee relations, training and educational support.
  • Supporting the Empowerment Plan Team.
  • Culture champion.

 

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years in HR, non-profit experience is a plus
  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field
  • Knowledge of local, state and federal laws
  • Prior experience managing payroll and timekeeping systems
