Sales Development Program

Sales Development Program participants are given on-the-job experience to complement classroom instruction. This provides hands on experience dealing directly with Lennox customers as well as being involved with operations.

  • Responsible for classroom participation and sales activities in inside sales and outside sales environments.
  • Under close supervision, analyzes client’s needs and assists in different phases of the sales process.
  • Effectively communicates features, benefits, and warranty policy information to customers.
  • Generates leads for outside sales staff, proactively sell in support of company promotions.
  • Responds to and investigate customer inquiries, concerns, and issues.
  • Under direct supervision, sells products, services, supplies to selected customers in a designated market area or accounts via inbound or outbound telephone contacts.
  • Participates in outside sales appointments and other sales training.
