Assistant Director of Food Services

This position assists the Director in the planning and monitoring of all meals for over 6000 school meals per day plus special events including maintaining efficient operations to minimize waste, and loss of revenue while insuring all USDA and Indiana regulations are met. Responsible for purchasing and maintaining an inventory of all food, supplies and equipment. This position is a year round position including benefits. Must have at minimum a Bachelor’s Degree in a Nutrition or Business Field and at least five years’ experience in a supervisory role in a large scale Food Service operation.
