We are looking for intelligent and driven consultants who can provide guidance to our high-performing students who are applying to top universities and boarding schools. As a consultant, you will work one-on-one with students, helping them chart out their academic and professional paths, and collaborating with them to develop a strategic plan of action.

While all of our consultants have impressive backgrounds, they also possess enthusiasm and a diverse range of life experiences that engage and grow our students. Beyond this charisma and intelligence, we look for moral aptitude and personal character that allows our instructors to be exemplary role models for developing youth.

Our Admissions Consultants provide the following professional services:

  • Analyze profiles and build portfolios after examining the strengths and weaknesses of students;
  • Create strategic action plans to maximize students’ personal profile;
  • Train students on interview skills and essay writing skills;

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have a degree from a top US or UK university, and/or 1-3 years of experience working with university or boarding school admissions, either as an admissions officer or as an admissions consultant;
  • Possess excellent communication, writing, and editing skills;
  • Be able to interact with students and parents in a highly professional, systematic, service-oriented manner; and

  • Competitive compensation package based on experience and qualifications, and performance bonuses
  • Friendly and collegial work environment surrounded by dynamic, accomplished, and dedicated professionals
  • Round-trip transportation/travel allowance
  • One (1) month of accommodation upon arrival
  • Opportunities to take on meaningful leadership positions in a rapidly expanding company with a reputation for excellence
  • Comprehensive medical insurance

Working at Capstone Educational Group:

Here at Capstone, we provide our teachers and admissions consultants with opportunities for early responsibility, ownership of projects, and leadership. As an admissions consultant, you can bring your academic background and life experiences to the challenge, mentoring and guiding students on their future education and career goals.

Are you looking for a wider international exposure in Greater Asia? We offer the opportunity for our teachers for mini-rotations between offices during their work period. Regardless of the track that you choose, you will be in a position to drive impact and deliver tangible results.

We work with students studying under a variety of different educational systems, from the American K-12 system, to the British GCSE and ‘A’ Levels, to the International Baccalaureate, to the local Hong Kong Diploma in Secondary Education. This exposure to a broad range of curricula provides valuable insights into how education in Asia mirrors or differs from our consultants’ and instructors’ own backgrounds.

Building from these experiences, many of our consultants and teachers have chosen to make education a full-time career, both here and at other organizations, while many others have gone on to pursue graduate studies in law and education at the most prestigious universities in the US.
