Experience:

2 years of programming experience with C#

Experience with Microsoft SQL Server 2005 or higher

Experience with relational DB design and architecture, advanced SQL queries and stored procedures

Experience with ASP, VBScript, JavaScript, HTML, XML

Experience with ASP.Net and C#

Experience with Crystal Reports or SQL Server Reporting Service a plus

 

 

Major Responsibilities:

Develop software from initiation through quality assurance cycle.

Serve on a team responsible for all phases of development and implementation including analysis, design, coding, testing, and ongoing support for client application systems.

Analyze application requirements, and work to implement data structures, business logic, and web applications.

Consult with management in the analysis of short and long-range business requirements and recommend innovations, which anticipate the future impact of changing business requirements.

Work with Microsoft Visual Studio.NET to write web applications using the C# programming language.

Create and maintain Crystal Reports for client base.

Provide technical documentation.

Provide technical assistance and services as specified by any applicable federal grant that funds this position.

Excellent verbal and written communication

Desire to learn new programming languages and methodologies

Excellent analytical ability

Ability to work with minimal supervision

 

 

Education

Master's Degree in Computer Science
