Successful candidates will become part of a dynamic team of consultants and will have a high level of involvement in the preparation and delivery of consulting services to our clients. Candidates should have excellent analytical and project management skills and the ability to quickly grasp and apply business concepts to real live business situations. Strong preference will be given to candidates that have 3+ years of related work experience. Additional consideration will be given to business management, economics, finance, accounting, systems, or engineering majors with an understanding of basic accounting and finance.

Qualified candidates will possess the following skills:

• Strong analytic and problem-solving skills
• Ability to identify problems, develop an analytical approach to addressing the problem and an appropriate deliverable to address the problem and solution for the client
• Ability to build excel based analytical models in a self-directed manner
• Drive to constantly improve processes and deliverables
• Self-motivation to learn and understand the concepts behind the deliverables
• Ability to run financial models and produce appropriate output as well as analyze the results and establish action recommendations for clients
• Desire to take on challenge of finding new or improved solutions to analytical challenges, not just relying on established analytics and processes
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel (demonstrated ability to work with VBA and macros a strong plus)
• Demonstrated knowledge of basic accounting
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage numerous activities and initiatives simultaneously while managing and maintaining relationships effectively in a fast-paced work environment
• High level of intellectual curiosity

Responsibilities may include:

• Work with managing directors in executing client consulting engagements from start to finish, including running financial models and production of output, developing custom analytics and responsibility for special projects
• Interaction with Client CEO’s and Board of Directors
• Service line responsibility
• Attend and participate in client meetings
• Develop and maintain financial models
• Conduct industry research that will be utilized in presentations and analyses
• Constantly grow industry knowledge
• There will be occasional travel to client locations associated with this position.
