General Job Description
Performs complex and confidential administrative functions to ensure sales department operations flow smoothly. Prepares/maintains complex tracking reports. Supports sales for the Account Managers and the Director of Marketing and Sales.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES (Other duties may be assigned)
- Assist in preparation of Project Launch Form and other procedures as assigned.
- Prepare and maintains confidential Analysis Margin Reports.
- Learn SAP inputs for sales orders
- Monitors all Customer Web Sites as required.
- Tracks ECO’s and update Management of cost implications
- Analyzes product cost structure for VA/VE proposals
- Maintains and prepares all NAFTA forms (AALA, Certificate of Origin, Manufacturer Affidavit).
- Completes and distributes as required Customer Satisfaction Survey Distribution and Reports.
- Prepares presentations and assist in organization of presentation materials.
- Manages and maintains product display areas.
- Organizes and maintains Product Samples & Literature.
- Assists with departmental budgets, sales forecast, customer contact list.
- Prepares customer quotations
- Organizes and prepares confidential sales correspondence material.
- Maintains organization of sales documents.
- Updating the Admin tab on the BOS website
- Develops sales presentations
- Provides reports based on information collected such as product trends, customer desires, competition, new products, and pricing.
